2015 in Photographs
It's February, so about time I actually got around to a roundup of our 2015.
Project 52 - 2015
Looking back on 2015, I cannot believe where we are now in comparison to where this year started. So much has happened this year - good and bad alike.
In 2015, we have celebrated new beginnings, welcomed friends' babies, spent time with family, spent time away from family, shed many tears, laughed until our sides ached, spent days enjoying the comfort of home and other days exploring new places. We have happily crossed things off our Bucket List and we have dealt with things we never imagined we would need to. Cliches are cliches for a reason and our year really has been a roller coaster experience; full of twists, turns, anticipation, sudden drops, and highs and lows.
Me & Mine - 2015
In 2015 we also joined in with Me & Mine, taking a photo of us each month for the year. There was one month where the photo was minus My Handsome Man, but it includes my extended family, as My Handsome Man and I were on opposite sides of the world.
I love looking back on these photos of us and recalling the stories and memories behind the photographs; the holiday to Centre Parcs, the anniversary dinner, getting together with family before we left for our year abroad and finally being reunited again.
2016 is already looking to be a good year - My Handsome Man is working hard at Vancouver Film School and will spend the next seven months writing non-stop. By the end of August he will have finished writing three complete scripts for film or television.
As My Handsome Man edits and reworks his scripts, I will be spending my time documenting as part of the Project Life Creative Team. I will be focusing on using theProject Life App to record our lives this year.
2016 we are ready for you and excited for what you may bring.
