Project 52: Weeks 36-39

Week 36

We spent a day as a family worshipping together at the London temple. We walked and picnicked in the beautiful grounds before heading home.

Week 37

While my brother and sister-in-law were over from Canada we took a break in Cornwall for a few nights. We stayed in a little cottage in Newlyn - a little fishing village. As we tucked in to Cornish treats the seagulls gathered, ready to snatch those treats from our fingers at the first opportunity. My brother ran in their direction, sending them scattering and enabling us to enjoy our treats in peace.

Week 38

My nephew loves to help with housework, especially cooking and baking. We pulled up a chair so he could help me make dinner, his job was to put the sweetcorn in to the saucepan and stir it. He got his little spoon and taste tested that they weren't poisonous.

Week 39

People have travelled across the globe to visit Banksy's Dismaland. My brothers have been working there so we as a family have heard the inside scoop: the celebrities that have visited; the funny things they have said or done; the one time that the security staff broke their act and dissolved into giggles; the list goes on. They have loved every minute and we have enjoyed visiting Dismaland with them for guides.
